Cultivating Change Summit

Summit 2026 is coming to Minneapolis, MN October 4-6, 2026!

The purpose of the Cultivating Change Summit is to bring together LGBTQ+ individuals connected to agriculture, natural resources, and food systems, along with employees, human resources and diversity and inclusion professionals, employee resource group leaders, executives, organizational leaders, allies, and others who are working toward creating an equitable industry environment for LGBTQ+ people.

Connect with LGBTQ+ leaders and allies in food and agriculture for three days of inspiration, learning, and community. Be part of the movement to cultivate a more inclusive and vibrant future!

Call for Proposals - Summit 2026

The Cultivating Change Foundation invites proposals from dynamic speakers, facilitators, and subject matter experts for the 2026 Cultivating Change Summit in Minneapolis, Minnesota, October 4–6, 2026, as well as for webinars presented throughout 2026. We are especially interested in sessions that elevate LGBTQ+ voices, deepen inclusion, and inspire meaningful change across the agriculture and food sector.

Individuals may submit up to two proposals, submitted separately. Please note that this is not a paid speaking opportunity; stipends may be requested for keynote sessions only. All submissions are due no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on March 1, 2026, and proposers will be notified of acceptance by May 1, 2026.
