STRATEGY 1
CULTIVATING CHANGE SUMMIT
We recognize the future of agriculture begins with valuing and elevating all voices within the industry.
The Cultivating Change Summit provides a place where people can come learn and be developed, collaborate together to help solve the problems facing the agriculture industry in the arena of sexual and gender identities and expressions and be activated to make the change in the agriculture industry and LGBT community.
STRATEGY 2
REGIONAL CAUCUSES
We recognize celebrating agriculture means meeting our agriculturists where they are.
Through industry D&I roundtable discussions, business and industry tours, and networking receptions, our regional caucuses allow us to take the mission of the foundation on the road. This initiative takes us to the heart of agriculture and allows us to celebrate the incredible people moving the industry forward.
We conduct our caucuses through the five following regions: West, Midwest, Northeast, Southwest, and Southeast.
STRATEGY 3
INDUSTRY EVENTS
We recognize the power of symbiotic relationships and building a global network.
Throughout the year, the agriculture industry conducts hundreds of events, conferences, symposiums, and conclaves to share best practices, celebrate the latest in technology, and highlight research impacting the industry. We build partnerships with these organizations, allowing us to immerse ourselves into their events. Through these partnerships, we conduct D&I workshops, host networking events, and reach a larger audience of agriculturists.
