Cultivating Change Foundation Town Hall

Join the Cultivating Change Foundation for a live Town Hall conversation with Board Chair Tanner Kersey-Lopez and Executive Director Derek Mulhern. This one-hour session is an opportunity to hear directly from leadership about where CCF is today, where we’re headed, and how our work continues to evolve in response to the needs of LGBTQ+ people across food, agriculture, and rural communities.

We’ll share updates on our current programs and priorities, outline our vision for the future, and talk openly about what we’re seeing across the sector right now. From visibility and workforce development to the realities of navigating identity and community in rural spaces, this conversation will connect the bigger picture to the work we’re doing every day. Importantly, this is also a space for you.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, share perspectives, and engage directly with CCF leadership. Whether you’ve been part of the CCF community for years or are just getting connected, this Town Hall is a chance to better understand our direction, deepen your connection to the work, and explore ways to get involved.
