Cultivating Change Foundation Town Hall

The Cultivating Change Foundation recently hosted a live Town Hall conversation with Board Chair Tanner Kersey-Lopez and Executive Director Derek Mulhern. During the one-hour session, attendees heard directly from Foundation leadership about where CCF is today, where the organization is headed, and how its work continues to evolve in response to the needs of LGBTQ+ people across food, agriculture, and rural communities.

Leadership shared updates on current programs and priorities, outlined the Foundation's vision for the future, and discussed key issues affecting the sector—from visibility and workforce development to the realities of navigating identity and community in rural spaces. The Town Hall also provided attendees with the opportunity to ask questions, share perspectives, and engage directly with CCF leadership, fostering meaningful dialogue and a deeper connection to the Foundation's mission.
